Surety®

Improve your customer service with Surety® by quickly locating fields and running a variety of reports that would be meaningful to your clients. These reports include FSA maps for multiple years, soils maps to assess and compare productivity capabilities, topography maps, and the 4-year Crop History report to check crop rotation. Utilize these reports to assist in applying proven yields from existing units to newly acquired land.

Surety® also includes hail probability maps for every 24-hours that can tell you where to check for hail damage. Utilize the hail history report to determine the probability that hail has occurred on a given field for the growing season, which can help determine if an inspection is required.

Surety® Pro

Surety® Pro extends the features of Surety® by allowing you to save or import policyholders information and field boundaries into the system. The boundaries can be imported from a shape file, selected from our existing clu database, or drawn. If only section-township-range data is available that can be imported in place of boundaries. With the policyholders boundaries/sections in the system you can print reports that include an overview page and detail pages by section, unit, farm number, etc. Not only that but the overview and detail pages are customizable allowing you to change their look or design your own.

Overlay the hail probability maps on field boundaries to view fields potentially affected by a hail event. Have the system automatically send out alerts every morning when there is a probability of hail on a given field. The alerts can be sent to just yourself or to your client as well.
